The Future Faculty workshop series is aimed at the next generation of faculty. Designed collaboratively by faculty from each of the University’s schools, this workshop aims to prepare future faculty and to give our graduates an edge in the academic marketplace.

Writing an authentic teaching philosophy statement can be overwhelming. We will discuss the purpose and attributes of an effective teaching philosophy, look at examples of teaching goals and effective language, and break the process down into smaller, manageable steps to help you get started.

Following up on the Showcasing your Qualifications for a Competitive Edge session, in this talk we will focus on preparing to interview and negotiate after a job offer.
